RATES -
Single commissions - £140 + mileage at 50p per mile on + 10 mile
2 stage time lapse - £90 per stage + mileage
3 stage time lapse - £75 per stage + mileage
All prices are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the standard rate
Please note. Photographs that are to be used to present a property for sale must comply with the Property Mis-descriptions Act 1991. As such we can remove for sale signs and temporary objects, but we cannot ‘touch up’ the appearance of the property, nor remove unsightly objects from either the property or the surrounding environment.
Some areas of buildings are extremely difficult to gain access or may need expensive scaffolding to inspect particular areas, Arpic's telescopic mast can overcome many of these problems.
